LIGHTWEIGHT CELLULAR CONCRETE PANEL
To improve the productivity of an ALC panel while keeping the necessary strength of a mounting structure part of each mounting metal fitting to the body panel, when metal fittings for mounting a panel and metal fittings for mounting a cladding material are embedded into an ALC panel where multiple pieces of reinforcement mats are overlapped and embedded in a panel body.SOLUTION: A lightweight cellular concrete panel 10 comprises a pair of metal fittings 3 for mounting a panel that are embedded in the vicinity of both end parts of a panel body 1 and have openings 33 for mounting fixing metal fittings opened towards a rear face 12 of the panel body 1, and one or more metal fittings 4 for mounting a cladding material that are embedded in the panel body 1 and have openings 43 for mounting fixing metal fittings opened towards a front face 11 of the panel body 1. In the lightweight cellular concrete panel, all of the metal fittings 3 for mounting the panel and metal fittings 4 for mounting the cladding material are attached to a reinforcement mat 2A located at the nearest position to the front face 11 out of the multiple embedded reinforcement mats 2 (2A, 2B).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】パネル本体内に鉄筋マットが複数枚重ねて埋設されているALCパネルに、「パネル取付け用金具」及び「外装材取付け用金具」を埋設する場合において、各取付け用金具の本体パネルへの取付け構造部分の必要強度を維持しながら、ALCパネルの生産性を向上させる。【解決手段】パネル本体1の両端部近傍に埋設されていて、パネル本体1の裏面12に向けて開口している固定金具取付け用の開口部33を有する、一対のパネル取付け用金具3と、パネル本体1に埋設されていて、パネル本体1の表面11に向けて開口している固定金具取付け用の開口部43を有する1つ以上の外装材取付け用金具4と、を備え、複数枚埋設されている鉄筋マット2(2A、2B)のうち、表面11に最も近い位置にある鉄筋マット2Aに、全てのパネル取付け用金具3及び外装材取付け用金具4が、接合されている、軽量気泡コンクリートパネル10とする。【選択図】図2
