CONTROLLED TYPE LOW-STRENGTH MATERIAL USING STEELMAKING SLAG DESULFURIZATION BYPRODUCT AND CONSTRUCTION WASTE SOIL AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD
To provide a controlled type low-strength material using steelmaking slag desulfurization by-products and construction waste soil, and its manufacturing method, which belong to the technical field of controlled type low-strength material manufacture.SOLUTION: A controlled type low-strength material contains the followings as raw materials: 40 to 65 parts of construction waste soil; 8 to 20 parts of steelmaking slag desulfurization by-product; 1 to 5 parts of cement; 6 to 13 parts of fly ash; 5 to 10 parts of slag; 0.5 to 5 parts of alkaline stimulant; 0.2 to 2 parts of dispersant; and 0.05 to 1 part of thickener.EFFECT: In the present invention, a part of cement is replaced with construction waste soil as a binding material. This realizes the recycling use of construction soil waste and saves cement resources, thereby reducing the harmful effects of construction waste on the environment. Moreover, the use of the resulting controlled-type low-strength material in backfill soil enables the recycling of construction resources and solves the environmental pollution problem caused by the accumulation of a large amount of steelmaking slag desulfurization by-products. 【課題】制御型低強度材料製造の技術分野に属し、製鋼スラグ脱硫副産物と建設残土を利用した制御型低強度材料及びその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】制御型低強度材料は、原料として、建設残土40~65部、製鋼スラグ脱硫副産物8~20部、セメント1~5部、フライアッシュ6~13部、鉱滓5~10部、アルカリ刺激剤0.5~5部、分散剤0.2~2部、増粘剤0.05~1部、を含んでなる。【効果】本発明では、セメントの一部を建設残土に置き換えて結合材とする。これにより、建設残土の再資源化利用が実現されるとともに、セメント資源の節約となるため、建設工事の廃棄物が環境に及ぼす弊害が減少する。且つ、得られる制御型低強度材料を埋戻し土に使用することで、建設資源のリサイクルが実現されるとともに、大量の製鋼スラグ脱硫副産物の堆積による環境汚染問題が解決される。よって、良好な経済効果と社会的価値を有する。【選択図】なし
