A temperature control area 110 includes a heating device or a cooling device and controls the temperature of the reaction furnace at a predetermined position in an intermediate section between the supply port and the delivery port. A screw 120 extends from one end side to the other end side of the reaction furnace and thereby rotates to make it possible to convey the starting material supplied from the supply port toward the delivery port. A first fluid control area 130 includes a first fluid inlet and a first fluid outlet for causing a first fluid to pass through the reaction furnace in a predetermined area in the intermediate section.
