To provide an upper lattice plate lifting device that allows a worker to stably pass through a lattice of the upper lattice plate.SOLUTION: An upper lattice plate lifting device (1), which is installed in an upper grid plate (101) located in a reactor of a nuclear power plant, includes two ladders (2R, 2 L) inserted into the upper lattice plate (101) to extend vertically, two poles (3R, 3 L) extending upward relative to the upper lattice plate (101), a plurality of connecting sections (4) connecting the ladders (2R, 2 L) and the poles (3R, 3 L), two plates (5R, 5 L) contacting the top of the upper lattice plate ( 101) to support the upper lattice plate lifting device (1), four hooks (6R1, 6R2, 6 L1, 6 L2) for hooking onto the upper lattice plate (101), and four clamping sections for clamping each of the four hooks (6R1, 6R2, 6 L1, 6 L2) and the upper lattice plate (101).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
