ROOF STRUCTURE AND ROOF CONSTRUCTION METHOD
To provide a roof structure using roof panels that can ensure construction accuracy at construction sites and are easy to manufacture, and a roof construction method.SOLUTION: A roof structure 100 comprises: roof panels 2,4 having panel side rack members 3,5; a frame side rack member 1 supporting them; a leg portion 61 fixed to an upper surface portion of the frame side rack member 1; and a connector 6 having a support portion 62 extending upwardly from the leg portion 61. First through-holes 66 and second through-holes 67 are formed on the support portion 62. The roof panels 2,4 are placed on the frame side rack member 1, in a state in which the support portion 62 are sandwiched between the panel side rack members 3,5. The panel side rack members 3,5 are positioned with drift pins 71 pierced into the panel side rack members 3,5 and inserted through the first through-holes 66, and are fastened with bolts 72 pierced into the panel side abutment 3,5 and inserted through the second through-holes 67.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】建築現場での施工精度を確保でき、且つ、製造しやすい屋根パネルを使用した屋根構造体、及び屋根の施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】屋根構造体100は、パネル側横架材3,5を有する屋根パネル2,4と、これらを支持する躯体側横架材1と、躯体側横架材1の上面部に固定された脚部61と、脚部61から上方に向けて延出する支持部62と、を有する連結具6と、を備え、支持部62は、第一貫通孔66と第二貫通孔67とが形成されており、屋根パネル2,4は、パネル側横架材3,5で支持部62を挟み込こんだ状態で躯体側横架材1に載置されており、パネル側横架材3,5は、パネル側横架材3,5に突き刺され、且つ、第一貫通孔66に挿通されたドリフトピン71で位置決めされており、パネル側横架材3,5に突き刺され、且つ、第二貫通孔67に挿通されたボルト72で締結されている。【選択図】図1
