CHIMNEY UNIT SPACE HOLDING JIG AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR CHIMNEY FOR BUILDING
To provide a chimney unit space holding jig that can sufficiently withstand the weight of an upper stage chimney unit and a chimney construction method using the jig.SOLUTION: Multiple chimney units 21, 22 with rectangular cross section is stacked and each chimney unit 21, 22 is suspended on a building skeleton 11. In doing so, a chimney unit space holding jig 9 is provided between the adjacent upper stage chimney unit 21 and lower stage chimney unit 22. A pair of jig bodies 30, 40 having an L-shaped cross section of the jig 9 are placed on top of each other and placed on a flange 22f so as to fix it to an upper end corner 22c of the lower stage chimney unit 22. After adjusting the height of the upper jig body 40 in relation to the lower jig body 40, the jig bodies 30, 40 are pressed together by means of pressure welding means 50. The upper stage chimney unit 21 is butted against the upper end of the upper jig body 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】上段煙突ユニットの荷重に十分に耐えることのできる煙突ユニット間隔保持治具及び該治具を用いた煙突施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】四角形断面の複数の煙突ユニット21,22を積み重ね、各煙突ユニット21,22を建物躯体11に吊支持させる。その際、煙突ユニット間隔保持治具9を隣接する上段煙突ユニット21及び下段煙突ユニット22の間に設ける。治具9のL字断面の一対の治具本体30,40を重ね合わせて、下段煙突ユニット22の上端コーナー部22cに宛がうようにして、フランジ22fに載せる。下側の治具本体40に対する上側の治具本体40の高さを調節した後、圧接手段50によって治具本体30,40どうしを圧接させる。上段煙突ユニット21を上側治具本体30の上端部に突き当てる。【選択図】図1
