CALCIUM CARBONATE RAW MATERIAL FOR SINTERED BODY, CALCIUM CARBONATE POROUS SINTERED BODY, CALCIUM CARBONATE DENSE SINTERED BODY, AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREOF
To provide a calcium carbonate raw material for a sintered body in which a sintering temperature range of calcium carbonate is precisely controlled to prevent both discoloration and decrease in mechanical strength of the sintered calcium carbonate.SOLUTION: A calcium carbonate raw material for a sintered body is a mixture of calcium carbonate having a purity of 99.95 mass% or more and a compound of one or more metallic elements selected from the group consisting of calcium, silicon, aluminum, zinc, magnesium, barium, strontium, boron, tin, gallium, iron, titanium, zirconium and rare earth elements. The calcium carbonate sintered body raw material contains 0.01-10 mass% of the metal element compound based on the mass of the calcium carbonate raw material for the sintered body. Also provided are a production method of the calcium carbonate raw material for the sintered body, a dense sintered body of calcium carbonate using the calcium carbonate raw material for the sintered body, a calcium carbonate porous sintered body and a production method thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
