To provide a waterproof pan for a bathroom unit that can be formed in the same way as a one-piece waterproof pan, but can be easily divided into two parts, and can be easily connected to a bathtub mounting area and a washing area which are divided into two parts, and can easily absorb cutting errors and connect the two parts with good dimensional accuracy.SOLUTION: A waterproof pan of the present invention is a waterproof pan in which a bathtub mounting pan and a washing pan are connected via a bank part. Positioning parts are formed at outer edges of the bathtub mounting pan area and the washing pan area, which are the two ends of a division line dividing the bathtub mounting pan area and the washing pan area, respectively, and the bathtub mounting pan area and the washing pan area are connected by facing the respective positioning parts.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
【課題】本発明は、一体成形の防水パンと同様に成形可能でありながらも、容易に２分割することができ、２分割した浴槽載置場と洗い場との接続作業が容易で、かつ、切断の誤差も吸収しやすく、しかも双方の接続を寸法精度よく行うことができる浴室ユニットの防水パンの提供を目的とする。【解決手段】本発明の防水パンは、浴槽載置場パンと洗い場パンとを堤部を介し連結した防水パンであって、前記浴槽載置場パンと前記洗い場パンを分割する分割ラインの両端となる前記浴槽載置場パンの外縁部と前記洗い場パンの外縁部に、それぞれ位置決め部が形成され、前記浴槽載置場パンと前記洗い場パンが、各々の位置決め部を対向させて連結されたことを特徴とする。【選択図】図１０
