FORMWORK STRUCTURE OF CONCRETE COLUMN BODY
To provide a formwork structure capable of properly retaining an angle of a corner portion by rigidly binding horizontal batters facing each other with a corner portion interposed therebetween with each other even when a cross section of a column body becomes a non-right-angled quadrangle.SOLUTION: A flat form 2 forming a side face of a column body is connected to a corner form 30 forming a corner portion to surround a forming position of the column body. The corner form 30 is formed to be able to change a curvature or a bent angle of a corner part. Horizontal batter materials 41 attached to an outside of each flat form 2 and facing each other with the corner portion interposed therebetween are nut-fastened by inserting a first tie bolt 52 between engagement bent portions 51 of corner fastening receivers 5 attached to an outer face near the corner portion and are nut-fastened by inserting a second tie bolt 62 between receive pieces 61 of corner restraining brackets 6 attached to ends, so that a connection place of the horizontal batter materials 41 is doubly bound at an inside and an outside along a direction crossing a bisector of an angle of the corner portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】柱体の横断面が非直角四辺形になる場合でも、隅部を挟んで対向する横バタ材同士を強固に緊結して、隅部の角度を適正に保持し得る型枠構造を提供する。【解決手段】柱体の側面を成型するフラットフォーム2と隅部を成型するコーナーフォーム30とを連結して柱体の成型位置を囲む。コーナーフォーム30は隅角部分の曲率または屈曲角度を変化させ得るように形成する。各フラットフォーム2の外側に取り付けられ隅部を挟んで対向する横バタ材41同士は、隅部近傍の外側面に取り付けたコーナー締付受具5の係止折曲部51間に第一のタイボルト52を挿通してナット締結するとともに、端部に取り付けたコーナー拘束ブラケット6の受止片61間に第二のタイボルト62を挿通してナット締結することで、各横バタ材41同士の連結箇所が隅部の角度の二等分線に交差する方向に沿って内外二重に緊結される。【選択図】図4
