FINISHING METHOD OF CONCRETE FLOOR SUBSTRATE AND FINISHING STRUCTURE THEREOF
To provide a finishing method of a concrete floor substrate for finishing the floor into various textures, and a finishing structure of the concrete floor substrate.SOLUTION: In the finishing method of a concrete floor substrate, an aqueous coating composition is coated and dried, the dried coated surface of the aqueous coating composition is polished by polishing means with the grain size of an abrasive of P60-P150, and a topcoat composition consisting of a main agent containing a silicone-acrylic copolymer resin emulsion of the glass transition temperature of 10°C-50°C of the resin and a film-forming auxiliary and a hardening agent containing a silane coupling agent is coated for finishing. A finishing structure of the concrete floor substrate formed by the method is provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】床を多彩なテクスチュアに仕上げることができるコンクリート床下地の仕上げ方法及びコンクリート床下地の仕上げ構造を提供する。【解決手段】水系塗材組成物を塗付して乾燥させ、研磨剤の粒度がP60~P150の研磨手段にて乾燥した水系塗材組成物の塗材表面を研磨し、樹脂のガラス転移温度が10℃~50℃のシリコーン・アクリル共重合体樹脂エマルジョンと、成膜助剤と、を含む主剤と、シランカップリング剤を含む硬化剤とから成るトップコート組成物を塗付して仕上げることを特徴とするコンクリート床下地の仕上げ方法及びこれにより形成されたコンクリート床下地の仕上げ構造である。【選択図】図1
