BUILDING COMPONENT AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF BUILDING COMPONENT
To provide a building component in which fastening force between a lumber and a steel material can be secured, and furthermore the integrality of the lumber and the steel material can be improved.SOLUTION: A building component comprises: a placoid steel material 10; a lumber 20 arranged at the side face, in a thickness direction D1, of the steel material 10 and formed with a through-hole 21 penetrating in the thickness direction D1; a cylindrical connector 30 which is arranged inside the through-hole 21, and in which the one end portion thereof comes in contact with the steel material 10, and the other end portion protrudes from the through-hole 21; a torque management fastening bolt 40 which penetrates the steel material 10 and the connector 30 in the thickness direction D1, and fixes the lumber 20 and the steel material 10 while the steel material 10 and the connector 30 are sandwiched in the thickness direction D1; and a pressing plate 50 arranged between the other end portion of the connector 30 and the torque management fastening bolt 40 in the thickness direction. A buffer region B is arranged over an entire face between a first face B1 being a face at a side coming in contact with the connector 30 of the pressing plate 50, and a second face B2 being the end face of the through-hole 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】木材と鋼材との締結力を確保し、かつ、木材と鋼材の一体性を向上することができる建築部材を提供する。【解決手段】板状の鋼材10と、厚さ方向D1の側面に設けられるとともに厚さ方向D1に貫通する貫通孔21が形成された木材20と、貫通孔21の内部に配置され、一方の端部が鋼材10と接するとともに他方の端部が貫通孔21から突出する筒状のコネクタ30と、鋼材10およびコネクタ30を厚さ方向D1に貫通し、鋼材10とコネクタ30とを厚さ方向D1に挟んで木材20と鋼材10とを固定するトルク管理締結ボルト40と、厚さ方向D1においてコネクタ30の他方の端部とトルク管理締結ボルト40との間に配置される押さえプレート50と、を備え、押さえプレート50におけるコネクタ30と接する側の面である第1面B1と、貫通孔21の端面である第2面B2との間の全面にわたって緩衝領域Bが設けられていることを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
