SOLAR BATTERY PANEL MOUNTING TRESTLE
To prevent a screw rod from falling from a support metal fitting.SOLUTION: A solar battery panel mounting trestle is composed of: a plurality of lever materials 2 of recessed groove shapes which are arranged in parallel to each other on a roof R so as to mount and fix a solar battery panel P; and a support metal fitting 1 which is provided with placing and fixing means 4 of the lever materials 2 and is installed at a proper place on the roof R, wherein the placing and fixing means 4 is provided with a trestle mounting part 13 whose upper surface is flat and a horizontal width D is set at the same as a horizontal width D1 of a lever material bottle plate 2a, the trestle mounting part 13 is provided with a head part 12a provided on a lower end of a screw rod 12 to which a nut 11 is screwed, and a lip groove part 14 which laterally penetrates through a root part 12b of the screw rod 12 so as to be capable of being slidably inserted thereto and has a substantially C-shaped cross section, a slit 14b formed between a pair of lip pieces 14a of the lip groove part 14 as an upper surface of the trestle mounting part 13 is set to be formed in a width narrower than the head part 12a, the lever material 2 has a long hole 17 inserted to the screw rod 12 projecting upward from the slit 14b provided in a bottom plate 2a, and a suspension piece 18 for blocking both end ports 14c of the slit 14b in the state where the lever materials 2 are mounted on the trestle mounting part 13 is provided on both side edges in a longitudinal direction of the bottom plate 2a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】螺子棒の支持金具からの脱落を防止する。【解決手段】太陽電池パネルPを載置固定する様に屋根R上に複数平行配置する凹溝状の杆材2と、杆材2の載上固定手段4を設けて屋根R上の適所に設置される支持金具1とから成り、載上固定手段4は、上面が平坦で横幅Dが杆材底板2aの横幅D1と同一に設定された架台載置部13を設け、架台載置部13は、ナット11が螺着される螺子棒12下端に設けた頭部12aと、螺子棒12の付け根部12bをスライド挿入可能に横貫した断面略C形のリップ溝部14を設けて成り、架台載置部13の上面となるリップ溝部14の一対のリップ片14a間に形成されるスリット14bは頭部12aより幅小に設定され、杆材2は、スリット14bより上方突出する螺子棒12を挿通する長穴17を底板2aに設け、底板2aの長手方向両側縁には、架台載置部13上への杆材2の載置状態でスリット14bの両端口14cを閉塞する垂下片18を設ける。【選択図】図6
