BINDING FITTING, BINDING STRUCTURE FOR STEEL MEMBERS, AND BINDING METHOD FOR STEEL MEMBERS
To provide a binding fitting capable of shortening a construction time, reducing noise in construction, and sufficiently securing binding force.SOLUTION: A binding fitting 1 for binding together steel members in which through holes 92 are formed, has: a penetrating portion 2 capable of penetrating through holes 92-1 and 92-2 formed in adjacent steel members 9-1 and 9-2; and a first locking portion 3 having a head 30 capable of being screwed to one end side of the penetrating portion 2, and an enlarged diameter portion 31 disposed between the head 30 and the steel member 9-2 and having a diameter larger than that of the through hole 92. The penetrating portion 2 has: a threaded portion 29 to which the head 30 is screwed on one end side; and a second locking portion 22 extending orthogonally to the threaded portion 29. The second locking portion 22 has: a first extending portion 23 connected from the threaded portion 29; and a second extending portion 24 bent and extending from the first extending portion 23 in an in-plane direction orthogonal to an extending direction of the threaded portion 29.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】施工時間を短縮することが可能となり、施工における騒音を低減することが可能となり、緊結力を十分に確保することが可能となる緊結金具を提供する。【解決手段】本実施形態に係る緊結金具1は、貫通孔92が形成される鋼製部材同士を緊結するためのものであって、隣接する鋼製部材9-1、9-2に形成される各々の貫通孔92-1、92-2に貫通可能な貫通部2と、貫通部2の一端部側に螺合可能な頭部30と、頭部30と鋼製部材9-2との間に配置されるとともに貫通孔92よりも径大に形成される拡径部31と、を有する第1係止部3と、を備え、貫通部2は、一端部側に頭部30が螺合されるネジ部29と、ネジ部29に対して直交して延びる第2係止部22と、を有し、第2係止部22は、ネジ部29から繋がる第1延伸部23と、ネジ部29の延伸方向に直交する面内方向で第1延伸部23から屈曲して延びる第2延伸部24と、を有する。【選択図】図2
