HOUSE WITH NEGATIVE PRESSURE ROOM
To provide a house that includes rooms for patients with infectious diseases, having a mechanism to prevent pathogens emanating from patients with infectious diseases from spreading outside the room and a mechanism to prevent the pathogens from leaking outside the rooms even when people enter and leave the rooms, with a very low risk of infection to family members living in the same house.SOLUTION: A negative pressure room and a front room adjacent to the negative pressure room are set up as rooms for patients with infectious diseases. The negative pressure room has only one entrance to the front room. Two ventilation fans are installed in the negative pressure room, one fan is located away from the doorway and operates continuously at all times, while the other fan is located near the doorway and operates only when people enter or leave the negative pressure room. There are only two entrances of the front room, one to the negative pressure room and one to a corridor. A ceiling-mounted ventilation fan is installed in the front room and operates continuously at all times. A C value of the negative pressure room should be 1.0 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】感染症患者用の居室を有し、その居室から感染症患者から発散する病原体が室外に拡散することを防止できる仕組み及びその居室への人の出入りの際にも上記病原体が室外に漏出することを防止する仕組みを有しており、同居する家族への感染リスクが非常に低い住宅を提供する。【解決手段】感染症患者の居室として陰圧室及びそれに接する前室を設置する。陰圧室の出入り口は前室に通ずる１ヵ所のみである。陰圧室には換気扇を２台設置し１台は出入り口から離れた場所に設置し常時連続運転し他の１台は出入り口の近傍に設置し人が陰圧室に出入りする時のみ運転する。前室の出入り口は陰圧室へ通ずる出入り口と廊下への出入り口の２か所のみである。前室に天井埋込形換気扇が設けられ常時連続運転する。該陰圧室のＣ値を１．０以下とすることが望ましい。【選択図】図１
