To make it possible to individually exchange constructional elements.SOLUTION: A bathroom apparatus A comprises: a body shower 11 as a first water discharge device having an arm 12 supported by a supporting member 10; a hand shower 22 as a second water discharge device having a water supply channel differing from that of the body shower 11; a changeover device 15 for performing changeover to a water supply mode to the body shower 11 and a water supply mode to the hand shower 22; and a water faucet device 25 for performing changeover between water supply and water stop to the changeover device 15.
