WATERPROOF THERMAL INSULATION STRUCTURE OF ROOF AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
To provide a waterproof thermal insulation structure 10 of a roof which is excellent not only in waterproofness but also in thermal insulation property and can be constructed at low cost and significantly easily, and a construction method of the same.SOLUTION: A waterproof thermal insulation structure 10 of a roof is provided between a roofing material 5 and a roof substrate material 4 of a structure and it comprises a first waterproof layer 1 formed on the roof substrate material 4 with a plurality of band-like first roofing sheets (11a, 11b) arranged in line and laid in a state where their lateral edges are overlapped each other and a second waterproof layer 2 formed on the first waterproof layer 1 with a plurality of band-like second roofing sheets (21a, 21b) arranged in line and laid in a state where their lateral edges are overlapped each other. The laying direction of the second roofing sheet and the laying direction of each of the first roofing sheet are orthogonal to each other, and thermal insulation space parts (13, 24) with a step of the lateral edge of each of the roofing sheet as a starting point are formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】防水性だけでなく断熱性にも優れ、低コストで極めて容易に施工することができる屋根の防水断熱構造10とその施工方法を提供すること。【解決手段】建築物の屋根葺き材5と屋根下地材4との間に設けられる屋根の防水断熱構造10であって、屋根下地材4上に形成され、複数の帯状の第一ルーフィングシート(11a、11b)をその側縁部同士を互いに重ね合わせた状態で並列させて敷設して成る第一防水層1と、この第一防水層1上に形成され、複数の帯状の第二ルーフィングシート(21a、21b)をその側縁部同士を互いに重ね合わせた状態で並列させて敷設して成る第二防水層2とを備え、第二ルーフィングシートの敷設方向と各第一ルーフィングシートの敷設方向とを直交させ、各ルーフィングシートの側縁端部の段差を起点とした断熱空間部(13、24)を形成した。【選択図】図1
