To provide a fixing tool capable of ensuring waterproofness with an existing waterproof layer and facilitating waterproof construction during subsequent repairing in order to install a new anchor on the roof waterproof surface of a deck roof or the like.SOLUTION: A new anchor fixing tool has a dual structure of a fixed flange panel 10 to an old waterproof layer and a flange 20 for supporting an anchor. The fixed flange panel has a function for guaranteeing waterproofness with old waterproofness on an outer peripheral backside, and the flange for supporting the anchor has a removable structure and enables easy anchor recovery after waterproof construction during future waterproof repairing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】陸屋根などの屋上防水面にアンカーを新設するために、既設防水層との防水性を確保するとともに次の改修時の防水施工を容易にすることのできる固定具を提供する。【解決手段】新設するアンカー固定具は、旧防水層への固定フランジパネル１０とアンカーを支持するフランジ２０との二重構造を備える。固定フランジパネルは外周裏面側で旧防水との防水性を担保する機能を有し、アンカーを支持するフランジは取り外し可能な構造でのちの防水改修時に容易に防水施工後のアンカー復旧を可能としている。【選択図】図２
