To provide a seawall, a water or seawater intrusion prevention device, and a raising method of a seawall, which can be raised using the height of an upright wall.SOLUTION: A seawall 100 has a standing wall 101 installed along the coastline, and a rotating wall 102 which is rotatably installed on the standing wall 101 and has a smaller specific gravity than seawater or water. Normally, the rotating wall 102 is positioned closer to the sea than the standing wall 101. During a tsunami, the rotating wall 102 rotates due to the tsunami, and a bottom surface 102X of the rotating wall 102 is positioned on an upper surface 101Y of the standing wall 101.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】本発明の目的は、起立壁の高さを利用して嵩上げすることができる防潮堤、水又は海水侵入防止装置及び防潮堤の嵩上げ方法を提供するものである。【解決手段】防潮堤１００は、海岸線に沿って設置された起立壁１０１と、この起立壁１０１に回動自在に設置され、海水又は水より比重が小さい回動壁１０２とを有し、通常時、回動壁１０２は起立壁１０１より海側に位置し、津波時、津波により回動壁１０２が回動して、回動壁１０２の底面１０２Ｘが起立壁１０１の上面１０１Ｙに位置するものである。【選択図】図２
