UNEVENNESS ADJUSTMENT HARDWARE, OUTDOOR ERECTION STRUCTURE, AND UNEVENNESS ADJUSTING METHOD
To provide an unevenness adjustment hardware capable of adjusting unevenness on the underside of an outdoor erection structure, an outdoor erection structure using the unevenness adjustment hardware, and an unevenness adjustment method.SOLUTION: An unevenness adjustment hardware 1 is an unevenness adjustment hardware 1 for adjusting unevenness between horizontal sections 41 of an outdoor erection structure 2 in which two exterior materials having vertical sections 40 and horizontal sections 41 are fixed to an erection body 3 so that tips of the horizontal sections 41 are disposed to face each other across a bottom joint, which comprises: a base member 6 having a fixing portion 60 fixed to an exterior material 4, and a lower plate 61 formed by extending horizontally from the lower end of the fixing portion 60; an engagement portion 70 engaged to the lower plate 61; an elastic member 7 having an operation hole 72 inclined downward toward its end and positioned behind the lower joint 13, and a pressure portion 73 capable of abutting the upper surface of the horizontal portion 41; and an operating bolt 8 that is screwed into the operation hole and adjusts distance between the lower plate 61 and a tip of the pressure portion 73.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 屋外架設構造の下面の不陸を調整することができる不陸調整金具、当該不陸調整金具を用いた屋外架設構造、及び不陸調整方法を提供する。【解決手段】不陸調整金具1は、鉛直部40と、水平部41とを有する2つの外装材が、架設体3に固定されて、水平部41の先端同士が下目地を挟んで互いに向き合うように配置される屋外架設構造2の水平部41同士の不陸を調整する不陸調整金具1であって、外装材4に固定される固定部60と、固定部60の下端から水平に延びて形成される下板部61と、を有するベース部材6と、下板部61に係止される係止部70と、先端に向かって下方に傾斜し下目地13の奥に配置される操作孔72を有し、水平部41の上面に当接可能な押圧部73と、を有する弾性部材7と、操作孔に螺着し、下板部61と押圧部73の先端との距離を調整する操作ボルト8と、を備える。【選択図】図1
