DIAGONAL BRACE STRUCTURE OF WOODEN BUILDING
To provide a diagonal brace structure of a wooden building capable of reducing the number of diagonal braces used while increasing the wall magnification compared to a general single diagonal brace even though it is a single diagonal brace, and bracing hardware.SOLUTION: A diagonal brace structure of a wooden building includes two flat bracings 19 intersecting in the central part of the longitudinal direction with different inclinations being superimposed and incorporated in the thickness direction between two inside corners 17 positioned on one diagonal line in a rectangular space 15 that is surrounded by a pair of left and right pillars 11 and a pair of upper and lower horizontal members 13, and each of one end and the other end of the two flat bracing members 19 are fixed to the inside corner 17 via the bracing hardware 21 with the same shape. The bracing hardware 21 includes: a fitting body 25 that is sandwiched and fixed between two flat bracing members 19; a vertical piece 27 that is bent vertically from the fitting body 25 and fixed to the pillar 11; and a horizontal piece 29 that is fixed to horizontal member 13 bent from fitting body 25 to the opposite side of the vertical piece 27.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
