To provide a gage plate which is light-weight, soft, inexpensive and can be easily disposed, a manufacturing method thereof, and an apparatus installation method using the gage plate.SOLUTION: A gage plate is used for positioning an anchor bolt for fixing an apparatus during an installation work of the apparatus, and is formed of a soft resin sheet. A manufacturing method of the gage plate comprises a step of abutting the soft resin sheet onto a flange of the apparatus, drawing a line along a peripheral edge of the flange on the sheet while marking at a prescribed position corresponding to a bolt insertion hole of the flange. A hole for the anchor bolt is drilled using the gage plate to erect the anchor bolt and install the apparatus.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】軽量、軟質、安価で処分も容易なゲージプレート及びその製作方法と、このゲージプレートを用いた機器設置方法を提供する。【解決手段】機器の設置作業時に、機器固定用アンカーボルトの位置決めに用いるゲージプレートであって、軟質樹脂シートよりなることを特徴とするゲージプレート。機器のフランジ部に軟質樹脂シートを当て、該シートに該フランジ部の周縁に沿って線を描くと共に、該フランジのボルト挿通孔に対応した所定位置に印をつけることを特徴とするゲージプレートの製作方法。このゲージプレートを用いてアンカーボルト用の穴を設けてアンカーボルトを立て、機器を設置する。【選択図】図１
