ANTI-VIBRATION SUSPENSION, AND CEILING ANTI-VIBRATION STRUCTURE
To provide an anti-vibration suspension capable of exerting an anti-vibration effect in situations where the transmission of impact noise, etc. should be suppressed while maintaining a stable support state as an inelastic member at normal times, and to provide a ceiling anti-vibration structure using the anti-vibration suspension.SOLUTION: A anti-vibration suspension 1 includes: a body 10 capable of being attachable to/detachable from a beam; a hanging bolt 3 that is inserted through part of the body; and a spring body 2 that absorbs vibration acting on the hanging bolt. The spring body is a plate spring integrated into a roughly S-shaped cross-section which has a connecting portion 23 in the middle that has at least a lower surface portion 21 and an upper surface portion 22 which are substantially parallel to each other. The body includes: a bottom part 11 for placing a bottom part of the plate spring; an insertion part in an appropriate place of the bottom for allowing the hanging bolt to insert; and locking portions 5a and 5b for locking the upper surface of the plate spring. The plate spring allows the hanging bolt to insert, a female screw part 4 is provided on the upper surface to connect with the hanging bolt, and is mounted with appropriate compression between the bottom part of the body and the locking part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】 通常時においては非弾性部材として安定した支持状態としつつ、衝撃音等の伝達を抑制すべき状況において防振効果を発揮し得る防振吊り具を提供し、また、当該防振吊り具を用いる天井防振構造を提供する。【解決手段】 防振吊り具1は、梁材に着脱可能な本体部10と、本体部の一部に貫挿される吊りボルト3と、吊りボルトに作用する振動を吸収するバネ体2とを備える。バネ体は、少なくとも下面部21と上面部22とを略平行としつつ中間に連結部23を有する断面略S字状に一体化させた板バネである。本体部は、板バネの下面部を装着するための底面部11と、底部の適宜箇所に吊りボルトを挿通する挿通部と、板バネの上面部を係止する係止部5a,5bとを備える。板バネは、吊りボルトの貫挿を可能とし、上面部に、吊りボルトと連結するための雌ネジ部4が設けられ、本体部の底面部と係止部との間で適宜な圧縮を受けた状態で装着される。【選択図】 図4
