To provide a fall preventive measure structure and a fall preventive measure construction method for an evacuation and inspection passage for allowing a driver or the like to temporarily evacuate to the outside of a guard fence when an accident or the like occurs on a highway.SOLUTION: In a fall preventive measure structure for a driver or the like outside of a guard fence and a fall preventive measure construction method, an evacuation and inspection passage is constituted of a frame and a tread to secure a necessary width as the inspection passage, and a fall prevention fence is arranged at a slope tail side end part of the evacuation and inspection passage by securing separation from a guard fence so as not to inhibit a function of the guard fence, the slope tail pile and a slope shoulder pile in a road crossing direction are arranged at a predetermined interval in a road longitudinal direction in a lower part of the evacuation and inspection passage, and the frame is supported by each pile head part of the slope tail pile and the slope shoulder pile, the treads are supported between frames arranged at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction of the road to constitute an evacuation and inspection passage, and a pipeline space is provided below the evacuation and inspection passage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】高速道路で事故等が発生し運転者等が防護柵外側に一時避難するための、避難兼用点検通路の転落防止対策構造及び転落防止対策工法を提供する。【解決手段】避難兼用点検通路は、架台と踏板で構成され点検通路としての必要幅員を確保し、転落防止柵は、防護柵の機能を阻害しないように防護柵からの離隔を確保して避難兼用点検通路の法尻側端部に配置され、避難兼用点検通路の下部には、道路横断方向の法尻杭及び法肩杭を、道路縦断方向に所定間隔で配置し、架台を法尻杭及び法肩杭の各杭頭部により支持し、踏板は道路縦断方向に所定の間隔で配置された架台間に支持されて避難兼用点検通路を構成し、避難兼用点検通路の下方には管路スペースを備えた、防護柵外における運転手等の転落防止対策構造及び転落防止対策工法。【選択図】図２
