GROUND IMPROVEMENT BODY CREATING DEVICE, GROUND IMPROVEMENT CONSTRUCTION METHOD
To provide a creating technology of a ground improvement body which enables reduction in the construction number and shortened construction period without sacrificing the function of the ground improvement body.SOLUTION: A ground improvement body creating device is the device for creating a ground improvement body as a cylindrical improvement body, and by using this, a cylindrical improvement body is created in which ring thickness in which an improvement inner diameter is subtracted from an improvement outer diameter of the cylindrical improvement body is set to be substantially one-fourth to one-eighth of the improvement outer diameter. The ground improvement body creating device includes: a plurality of upper stage agitation blades whose blade diameter is smaller than the improvement inner diameter to be created; and a plurality of lower stage agitation blades whose blade diameter is smaller than the improvement outer diameter to be created. The lower stage agitation blades 41, 42 have obliquely downward injection nozzles A, B capable of injecting an injection material toward the outer direction and obliquely downward, and a flow passage for injection materials communicated with the injection nozzles. The lower stage agitation blade 43 includes a downward injection nozzle C capable of injecting the injection material downward, and a flow passage for injection material communicated with this injection nozzle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5B
【課題】地盤改良体の機能を犠牲にすることなく施工本数の低減や工期短縮を可能にする地盤改良体の造成技術を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の地盤改良体造成装置は、地盤改良体を円筒状改良体として造成する装置であり、これを用いて、円筒状改良体の改良外径から改良内径を差し引いたリング厚が改良外径の大きさのほぼ4~8分の1に設定された円筒状改良体を造成する。地盤改良体造成装置は、造成する改良内径より小さい翼径となる複数枚の上段攪拌翼と、造成する改良外径より小さい翼径となる複数枚の下段攪拌翼を有している。下段攪拌翼41,42は、外方向に向かって且つ斜め下向きに注入材料を噴射可能な斜め下向き噴射ノズルA,Bと、噴射ノズルに通ずる注入材料用の流路を有している。下段攪拌翼43は、下向きに注入材料を噴射可能な下向き噴射ノズルCと、この噴射ノズルに通ずる注入材料用の流路を有している。【選択図】図5B
