To provide a residence having habitable rooms configured to partition a space using furniture fixed only on a floor, a repair method, and furniture.SOLUTION: A residence in accordance with a present invention is provided with a habitable room and furniture placed in the habitable room and having a generally rectangular shape in a plan view, wherein the furniture is fixed only on a floor of the habitable room with receiving fittings arranged on the floor, and the habitable room has a path of flow so as to allow movement to and from the spaces facing both of longer sides of the furniture in a plan view.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】床のみに固定される家具を用いて空間が区画される居室を有する住宅、改修方法及び家具を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係る住宅は、居室と、前記居室内に配置され、平面視で略長方形の外形を有する家具と、を備える住宅であって、前記家具は、前記居室の床に設置されている受け具により、前記床のみに固定されており、前記居室内には、平面視で前記家具の両方の長辺が面する空間同士を行き来可能な動線が設けられている。【選択図】図１
