To simplify a structure, reduce weight, and improve a degree of freedom of appearance style.SOLUTION: Provided is a panel unit 10 installed on an installation surface facing upward and partitioning an indoor space formed above the installation surface. The installation surface includes: a support structure 20 including a vertical frame material 21 extending in a vertical direction Dv and a horizontal frame material 22 extending from the vertical frame material 21 to both sides of a first direction Dw crossing the vertical direction Dv; and a pair of panel materials 30 arranged in both sides of a second direction Dt crossing the first direction Dw when viewed from the vertical direction Dv with respect to the support structure 20 and supported by the support structure 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
