ABSTRACT: To solve the situation where, in the past, there have been individual differences in the amount of water flow when washing one's face or brushing one's teeth, and each individual has decided the amount of water flow based on his or her own existing lifestyle habits, that is, there is no unity among users at all, and therefore people waste water by using water more than necessary.SOLUTION: By simply attaching an external accessory device of the present invention to a faucet metal fitting, it is possible to digitize the water flow rate that is discharged in proportion to the degree of opening of a handle and display the number on a display window provided at a display base, so that anyone can easily discharge water at almost the same water flow rate when the handle is opened up to a specified number. As a result, anyone can easily adjust the water flow rate to a set amount, which reduces the amount of water discharged beyond what is necessary and saves water.
