To provide a waterproof plate device allowing pressing force to be applied both on an indoor side of a waterproof plate 3 and downward when waterproofing an opening such as a gateway E by placing the waterproof plate 3.SOLUTION: A waterproof plate device is configured to allow waterproof performance to be performed in a balanced manner through a configuration of a first cam body 13 placed on a body side and a second cam body 15 placed on the waterproof plate 3 side, outdoor sides of which are lowered and slidably contacted to each other to prevent the second cam body 15 from moving simultaneously to the indoor side and downward with the waterproof plate 3 by moving lower the first cam body 13 based on operation of an operation tool 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】出入り口Ｅ等の開口部に防水板３を設けて防水するにあたり、該防水板３の屋内側および下方への押圧を、同時的にできるようにする。【解決手段】躯体側に設けた第一カム体１３と防水板３側に設けた第二カム体１５とを、屋外側が低くなる摺接をする構成にし、これによって第一カム体１３を、操作具１２の操作に基づき下動することで第二カム体１５を、防水板３と共に屋内側および下方に同時的に移動せしめねようにし、これによってバランスが取れた防水性能を簡単に達成できるようにする。【選択図】 図６
