To provide a waterproof plate device capable of reliably standing a waterproof plate in an emergency.SOLUTION: A standing mechanism 5 that pushes a waterproof plate 4 up to the upright position includes: an actuator 51 having a longitudinally extending cylinder member 510, one end of which is pivotally attached to a case 3; and an arm 52 one end of which in the longitudinal direction is pivotally attached to the case 3 and which has a moving end portion 15 that relatively moves along the back surface of the waterproof plate 4 at the other end.
