To provide a technique for controlling the amount of water used by specific sanitary facility equipment considering the total amount of water used by a plurality of pieces of sanitary facility equipment.SOLUTION: A control device may comprise a control unit for controlling the amount of water supplied to one or more specific sanitary facility equipment included in a plurality of pieces of sanitary facility equipment by using a primary indicator related to the actual amount of water used by the plurality of pieces of sanitary facility equipment and a secondary indicator related to the target water volume that should be used in the plurality of pieces of sanitary facility equipment so that the actual amount of water does not exceed a target amount of water.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
