To provide a polyvinyl chloride-based resin sheet for a floor material which has good appearance and small dimensional change, and is also excellent in mechanical characteristics and adhesion to other member, and a floor material including the same.SOLUTION: A polyvinyl chloride-based resin sheet for a floor material contains a hard vinyl chloride-based resin and heavy calcium carbonate powder in a mass ratio of 50:50 to 10:90, wherein the heavy calcium carbonate powder has a BET specific surface area of 0.1 m2/g or more and 10.0 m2/g or less, contains at least two particle groups having different average particle diameters, and contains a heavy calcium carbonate powder group having an average particle diameter of 0.7 μm or more and less than 2.2 μm by an air permeability method, and a heavy calcium carbonate powder group having an average particle diameter of 2.2 μm or more and less than 6.0 μm by an air permeability method, in a mass ratio of 1:1 to 5:1, as at least two particle groups having different average particle diameters.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】外観が良好で寸法変化が小さく、機械的特性や他部材との接着性にも優れる床材用ポリ塩化ビニル系樹脂シート、及びそれを含む床材を提供する。【解決手段】硬質塩化ビニル系樹脂と重質炭酸カルシウム粉末とを質量比５０：５０～１０：９０の割合で含有する床材用ポリ塩化ビニル系樹脂シートにおいて、重質炭酸カルシウム粉末は、ＢＥＴ比表面積が０．１ｍ２／ｇ以上１０．０ｍ２／ｇ以下であり、平均粒子径の異なる少なくとも２群の粒子群を含み、かつ平均粒子径の異なる少なくとも２群の粒子群として、空気透過法による平均粒子径が０．７μｍ以上２．２μｍ未満の重質炭酸カルシウム粉末群と、空気透過法による平均粒子径が２．２μｍ以上６．０μｍ未満の重質炭酸カルシウム粉末群とを質量比１：１～５：１で含有している、床材用ポリ塩化ビニル系樹脂シート。【選択図】なし
