To provide a panel installation structure capable of improving an appearance.SOLUTION: A panel installation structure includes a ceiling panel 9 and an equipment mounting panel 10 elongated in the first direction installed on a ceiling base 7, 20 that is suspended on a suspension member 2. The equipment mounting panel is installed above the ceiling panel, and the ceiling panel on both sides in the second direction orthogonal to the first direction of the equipment mounting panel is installed to cover an indoor side of each end 12, 12 in the second direction of the equipment mounting panel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
