WATER CLOSET
To provide a water closet which can prevent dirt from attaching to the inside of a bowl part (especially a pot part) even if the whole water reserving area in a water storage part is largely secured to some extent so as to improve both washing performance and dirt discharge performance.SOLUTION: A water closet 1 has a bowl part 8 including a pot part 12, and a drain trap part 8. The pot part comprises a bottom wall 32 formed at the upper side and the front side of an entrance in the drain trap part, side walls 36 and 38 formed so as to surround the periphery of the bottom wall, and a joint part 40 for joining an outer edge 32b in the bottom wall to lower edges 36b and 38b in the side walls. The bottom wall in the pot part comprises an inclined part 44 and a guide part 46 formed in right and left outer sides of the inclined part and for guiding washing water or dirt from the front side toward the entrance in the drain trap part. The inclined part is formed so as to be inclined downward from the front side toward the entrance in the drain trap part while the whole is formed in an upwardly projecting shape, in a side cross-sectional view.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3A
【課題】溜水部の溜水域全体をある程度大きく確保したとしても、ボウル部（特に、壺部）内に汚物が付着することを抑制し、洗浄性能と汚物排出性能の双方を向上させることができる水洗大便器を提供する。【解決手段】本発明による水洗大便器１は、壺部１２を含むボウル部８と、排水トラップ部８と、を有し、壺部は、排水トラップ部の入口の上方且つ前方に形成された底壁３２と、この底壁の周囲を取り囲むように形成された側壁３６，３８と、底壁の外縁３２ｂと側壁の下縁３６ｂ，３８ｂとを接合する接合部４０と、を備えており、壺部の底壁は、傾斜部４４と、この傾斜部の左右外側に形成され且つ前方から排水トラップ部の入口に向かって洗浄水又は汚物をガイドするガイド部４６と、を備えており、傾斜部は、側面断面視において、その全体が上方に凸状に形成されつつ、前方から排水トラップ部の入口に向かって下方に傾斜するように形成されている。【選択図】図３Ａ
