To ensure ease of use for users when taking out items deposited in a vault and a high-level security for identity authentication.SOLUTION: On the occasion of user registration for registering user information required for identity authentication performed when unlocking a security locker locked by an electronic lock, a screen for acquiring a face image of the user's face for registration and issuing a two-dimensional code to the user is displayed on a display that presents the user registration procedure to the user in order to register the user's information required for face matching and two-dimensional code matching performed by a management server for the purpose of identity authentication. In addition, a screen for notifying the user and obtaining the user's consent regarding the acquisition of the user's face image for identity authentication is shown on the display.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】保管庫に預け入れた物品を取り出す際の利用者の使い勝手が良く、また、本人認証に高いセキュリティ性を確保できるようにする。【解決手段】電子錠により施錠されたセキュリティロッカーを解錠する際に行われる本人認証に必要な利用者の情報を登録する利用者登録に際し、本人認証のために管理サーバで行われる顔照合および二次元コード照合に必要な利用者の情報を登録するため、利用者登録の手順を利用者に提示するディスプレイに、利用者の顔を撮影した登録用の顔画像の取得、および利用者に交付する二次元コードの発行に関する画面を表示させる。また、本人認証のために利用者の顔画像を取得することに関して利用者に告知すると共に利用者の同意を得る画面を、ディスプレイに表示させる。【選択図】図６
