To provide insect-proof construction method, insect-proof structure and building for preventing termites from approaching a draining member.SOLUTION: A termite-proof structure 100 is provided with a standing foundation 110, a termite-proof sheet 125 placed on the foundation 110 so as to project outward from the foundation 110, a base 113 placed on the top of the foundation 110 so as to sandwich the termite-proof sheet 125, and a draining member 124 fixed to the base 113, and a first end 125a of the termite-proof sheet 125 overhanging from the foundation 110 is not fixed to the draining member 124 and is separated from a first side 110a of the foundation 110.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
