WOODEN SOUND INSULATION FLOOR
To provide a wooden sound insulation floor with good workability suitable for wooden construction, which can improve heavy floor impact sound insulation performance by increasing a stiffness ratio in the orthogonal direction to the longitudinal direction of small beams, while reducing increase in overall height.SOLUTION: A building has a structural floor 50B located between upper and lower floors of the building. The structural floor has a plurality of small beams 10, a plurality of lower intersection plates 12, and a single or plurality of upper intersection plates 14. The plurality of small beams 10 are fixed to a building frame at both ends, extend horizontally in their longitudinal direction, and are positioned parallel to each other in their width direction with a first spacing P1 separating them from each other. The plurality of lower intersection plates 12 are fixed to the building frame at both ends, extend horizontally in the width direction, are fixed in the middle to the lower surface of the plurality of small beams, and are located parallel to each other in the longitudinal direction with a second spacing P2 separating them from each other. The upper intersection plate 14 is fixed to the building frame at both ends, are fixed in the middle to the upper surface of the plurality of small beams, and is positioned horizontally opposite to the plurality of lower intersection plates.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】木造建築に適した加工性の良い木質系であって、小梁の長手方向に対する直交方向の剛性比を高めて重量床衝撃音遮断性能を向上させることができ、かつ全高の増加を抑制することができる木造遮音床を提供する。【解決手段】建築物の上下階の間に位置する構造床50Bを有する。構造床は、複数の小梁10、複数の下面交差板12、及び単一又は複数の上面交差板14を有する。複数の小梁10は、両端が建築物の躯体に固定され、その長手方向に水平に延び、その幅方向に互いに第1間隔P1を隔てて平行に位置する。複数の下面交差板12は、両端が建築物の躯体に固定され、幅方向に水平に延び、中間部が複数の小梁の下面に固定され、長手方向に互いに第2間隔P2を隔てて平行に位置する。上面交差板14は、両端が建築物の躯体に固定され、中間部が複数の小梁の上面に固定され、複数の下面交差板に対向して水平に位置する。【選択図】図5
