To provide a vehicle side-door opening-closing device where cost and weight are reduced.SOLUTION: In a vehicle side door opening-closing device 20 comprising a door lock mechanism 24 capable of locking a side door 21 in a closed state by engaging with a striker fixed to a vehicle body, and an outside door handle 23 arranged behind a side window 22 provided on an upper part of the side door 21 and capable of unlocking the side door 21 by being operated by a person from outside the vehicle, the door lock mechanism 24 and the outside door handle 23 are attached to the side door 21 by a common bracket 33.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
