To provide a guide mechanism for a slide door, which is easy to use and can suppress swinging of the slide door by regulating the movement of the slide door at an arbitrary position in an opening/closing movement direction.SOLUTION: A guide mechanism for a slide door 4 that opens and closes an entrance opening E, which makes an internal space communicate with an external space, includes a base 60 provided below the slide door 4, a guide holding member 61 extending from a lower part of the slide door to a lower side of the base 60 through the outer space side of the base 60, a guide member 62 provided at a tip portion 61a of the guide holding member 61, and a guide groove 63 that is provided in the base 60 and engages the guide member 62 so as to be movable in an opening/closing movement direction of the slide door 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
