To provide a toilet remote control device and a toilet device capable of improving usability.SOLUTION: A toilet remote control device is positioned on the side of a toilet on which a toilet seat is placed and at least part of which is arranged in front of the center of a toilet seat opening in a front-rear direction. The toilet remote control device includes: a display device that projects an aerial image; a detection unit that detects an operation on the aerial image; and a control unit that transmits a command signal based on the operation detected by the detection unit. The center line of a view angle in which the aerial image can be visually recognized extends rearward from the aerial image and passes above the toilet seat opening.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
