To provide a fitting frame and a fitting method of the fitting frame capable of separately and easily fixing a vertical frame and an upper frame to a skeleton.SOLUTION: A fitting frame is a fitting frame attached to an opening provided in a skeleton of a building, and comprises left and right vertical frames fixed to the skeleton with first fixtures, and an upper frame fixed to the skeleton with a second fixture and provided between the left and right vertical frames. The vertical frame has a first width portion extending inward from one side of a depth surface in the depth direction. The upper frame has a first width surface on one side in the depth direction that abuts the first width portion of the vertical frame.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4A
