To provide a sanitary cleaning device equipped with a cleaning nozzle that ensures chemical resistance, prevents damage to the coating film even when exposed to acidic or alkaline detergents, and maintains a clean aesthetic appearance.SOLUTION: A cleaning nozzle 700 according to the present disclosure has an ejection opening for ejecting cleaning water, is movable between the standby position and the use position, and has a cylindrical nozzle cover 720 covering a nozzle body 710 and the outer periphery thereof. A coating film 730 containing fluorine-containing acrylic resin is formed on the surface of the nozzle cover 720. A primer layer 731 is sandwiched between the nozzle cover 720 and the coating film 730. The primer layer 731 is colorless and transparent or colored and made of a pigment-free polymer, and the coating film 730 is colored and transparent.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8A
