To provide a clog determination system calculating with accuracy a level of clog on a filter as suppressing data volume necessary for calculating the level of the clog on the filter.SOLUTION: A specific condition is a condition including a condition that a flow rate of hydraulic fluid passing a filter 45 exceeds a specific flow rate threshold value is set to a controller 60. The controller 60 calculates a specific condition satisfying time Ta as time satisfying the specific condition. The controller 60 calculates integration time Tb integrating time when the specific condition is satisfied and differential pressure detected with a pressure detection part 51 exceeds a specific differential pressure value. 【課題】フィルタの目詰まりの度合いの算出に必要なデータ量を抑制しつつ、フィルタの目詰まりの度合いを精度良く算出する。【解決手段】コントローラ６０には、フィルタ４５を通る作動油の流量が所定の流量閾値を超えることを含む条件である特定条件が設定される。コントローラ６０は、特定条件が満たされた時間である特定条件充足時間Ｔａを算出する。コントローラ６０は、特定条件が満たされるとともに圧力検出部５１に検出された差圧が所定の差圧閾値を超えた時間を積算した積算時間Ｔｂを算出する。コントローラ６０は、特定条件充足時間Ｔａと、積算時間Ｔｂと、に基づいて、フィルタ４５の目詰まりの度合いを表す目詰まり度を算出する。【選択図】図３
