ELECTRICALLY-DRIVEN RAIL LIFTING MACHINE
To provide an electrically-driven rail lifting machine capable of overcoming such problems that a conventional lifting machine is manually rotated by a chrysanthemum-shaped handle or the like, so that the circumference is large and the winding speed is slow, work efficiency is bad in the case of continuous operation because of manual work, and when the position of a height-crossing machine is too high or too low, it takes an unnatural posture, which makes it difficult to smoothly rotate the handle.SOLUTION: A chrysanthemum-shaped coupler 7 of the present invention is connected to a chrysanthemum-shaped shaft 4a of a rail lifting machine, and the coupler 7 is rotated by an impact 6a to move the rail up and down. High-speed winding by the impact can be performed. Continuous operation is also possible because of mechanical operation, and operation is possible even in an unnatural posture due to the height of the installation position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】従来の吊り上げ機は菊型ハンドルなどにより手回しで行っているので、円周が大きく巻き上げ速度が遅い。従来は手作業なので、連続作業の場合は作業効率が悪い。従来の作業時、山越機の位置が、高すぎや低すぎると無理な姿勢になり、円滑にハンドルを回せない。【解決手段】本考案は、レール吊り上げ機の菊型軸4aに本考案菊型連結器7を連結し、7をインパクト6aで回転させ、レールを上下させる。インパクトでの高速巻き上げができる。機力操作なので連続作業も可能である。また設置位置の高低による無理な姿勢でも操作ができる。【選択図】図3
