To provide a novel concrete reinforcement composite material that is inexpensive and is easy in its secondary processing.SOLUTION: In a concrete reinforcement composite material 10, a core material 12 is formed from a fiber bundle of reinforced fibers. A coating layer 14 of thermoplastic resin coats the core material 12. The core material 12 is impregnated with the thermoplastic resin, the thickness of the coating layer 14 is 85 μm or more, and the fiber volume content Vf of the core material 12 is 60% or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
