RASIN GRATING WITH COPPER POWDER
To provide a grating that can prevent the propagation of germs and the generation of putrefactive odor even when waste remains, and can maintain the effect.MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEM: A grating 100 consists of copper powder with a weight ratio of 20%, flaky fibers with a weight ratio of 10% to 30%, and the balance thereof being thermoplastic resin or thermoplastic resin and additives. As the copper powder with a weight ratio of 20% is evenly dispersed in the grating 100, it can inactivate the bacteria generated from the waste adhering to the grating 100. The grating 100 does not rust and does not corrode since its main material is thermoplastic resin, so the effect of the copper powder can be maintained for a long time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】廃棄物が残存した場合でも雑菌の繁殖や腐敗臭の発生を予防することができ、その効果が持続するグレーチングを提供すること。【課題を解決する手段】グレーチング１００は、重量比２０％の銅粉と、重量比１０％以上３０％以下の範囲内の薄片状の繊維と、残部が熱可塑性樹脂又は熱可塑性樹脂及び添加剤で構成されている。重量比２０％の銅粉は、グレーチング１００内で均一に分散するので、グレーチング１００に付着した廃棄物から発生する菌を不活化させることができる。グレーチング１００の主な素材は熱可塑性樹脂であるため、錆びが生じず、腐食が起きないから、銅粉による効果を長期間持続させることができる。【選択図】図１
