COUPLING STRUCTURE FOR VERTICALLY THATCHING ROOF, ROOFING MATERIAL AND FORMATION METHOD FOR VERTICALLY THATCHING ROOF
To provide a coupling structure of roofing materials capable of being easily processed and capable of performing a fitted coupling of the roofing materials each other with excellent workability.SOLUTION: In a coupling structure for a vertically thatching roof, an upper seam 2 in a projecting strip shape and a lower seam 3 in the projecting strip shape into which the upper seam 2 is fitted are provided at both ends of a rectangular plate-like body 1 respectively in each roofing material. An enlarged part 5 having a width greater than that of a residual part 5' is provided at the upper seam 2, and a narrow part 6 having the width smaller than that of a residual part 6' is provided at the lower seam 3. In the vertical direction, the enlarged part 5 of the upper seam 2 of the roofing material situated at a ridge side is fitted, overlapped and coupled to the upper seam 2 of the roofing material situated at an eaves side just by the length of the enlarged part 5, and the lower seam 3 of the roofing material situated at the ridge side is fitted, overlapped and coupled to the narrow part 6 of the lower seam 3 situated at the eaves side just by the length of the narrow part 6, and in the transverse direction, the upper seam 2 of one roofing material is fitted, overlapped and coupled to the lower seam 3 of the other roofing material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】屋根材を加工し易く、屋根材同士の被嵌連結を作業性良く行うことができる屋根材の連結構造を提供する。【解決手段】縦葺き屋根の連結構造であって、各屋根材は、矩形板状本体1の左右両端部に夫々凸条状の上ハゼ2と該上ハゼ2が被嵌される凸条状の下ハゼ3とが設けられ、上ハゼ2には残余部5’より幅広の拡大部5が設けられ、下ハゼ3には残余部6’より幅狭の縮小部6が設けられ、縦方向においては、棟側に位置する屋根材の上ハゼ2の拡大部5が軒側に位置する屋根材の上ハゼ2に当該拡大部5の長さ分だけ被嵌重合連結され、かつ、棟側に位置する屋根材の下ハゼ3が軒側に位置する前記下ハゼ3の縮小部6に当該縮小部6の長さ分だけ被嵌重合連結され、横方向においては、一の屋根材の下ハゼ3に他の屋根材の上ハゼ2が被嵌重合連結されることを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
