RAINFALL FLOOD DAMAGE PREVENTION SYSTEM AND RAINFALL FLOOD DAMAGE PREVENTION METHOD
To provide a rainfall flood damage prevention system and a rainfall flood damage prevention method, that can prevent rainfall flood damage by using facilities installed in various places in a relevant area.SOLUTION: A flow path of a drainage part D having a storage part Tr capable of receiving rainfall and storing rainwater, that is connected to a pool-shaped part P at a position sufficiently higher than the ground and drains stored water to a drainage system of a relevant area, is opened and closed by a solenoid valve V controlled by an opening/closing control part. The rainwater can be stored in the pool-shaped part P by closing the solenoid valve V, and the stored water in the pool-shaped part P can be drained by opening the solenoid valve V. The opening/closing control part can prevent rainfall flood damage by storing rainwater from the subsequent rainfall in the pool-shaped part P by controlling opening of the solenoid valve V in advance based on rainfall flood damage forecast for the relevant area and draining the stored water that may exist in the pool-shaped part P to the drainage system, and by controlling to close the solenoid valve V after increasing capacity of the pool-shaped part P to newly store rainwater.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 当該地域の各所に設けた設備を利用して降雨水害の防止を図り得る降雨水害防止システム及び降雨水害防止方法の提供。【解決手段】 降雨を受けてその雨水を貯水し得る収容部Trを有する、地面よりも十分に高い位置のプール状部Pに接続され、貯水を当該地域の排水系へ排水するための排水部Dの流路を、開閉制御部により制御される電磁弁Vにより開閉する。電磁弁Vが閉じることにより雨水がプール状部Pに貯水され得、電磁弁Vが開くことによりプール状部Pにおける貯水が排水され得る。開閉制御部は、当該地域についての降雨水害予測に基づき、予め電磁弁Vを開く制御を行ってプール状部Pに存在し得る貯水を排水系へ排水させることにより、プール状部Pが降雨の雨水を新たに貯水し得る容量を増大させた上で、電磁弁Vを閉じる制御を行うことにより、その後の降雨の雨水をプール状部Pに貯水し得るものとして、降雨水害の防止を図り得る。【選択図】 図1
