MATERIAL LIFTING METHOD FOR REPAIR OR REINFORCEMENT OF BRIDGE PIER OF BOX GIRDER BRIDGE
To provide a material lifting method for repair or reinforcement of a bridge pier of a box girder bridge that can be applied to repair or reinforcement work of the box girder bridge and can obtain a reaction force of a material lifting from an existing bridge without damaging a concrete structure of the bridge to be repaired or reinforced.SOLUTION: In a repair or reinforcement work of a bridge pier P1 of a box girder bridge B including a box girder G1, a sandwich-type overhead rail 1 including an upper limb material 2 installed along an upper surface of the box girder G1, a lower limb material 3 installed along a bottom surface of the box girder G1, and a right and left pair of connecting materials 4 connecting the upper limb material 2 and the lower limb material 3 is installed between the upper limb material 2 and the lower limb material 3 sandwiching the box girder G1 vertically, without using a post-construction anchor, and a reaction force is obtained from the box girder G1 by the sandwich-type overhead rail 1 to lift a material used in the repair or reinforce work of the bridge pier P1 of the box girder bridge B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】箱桁橋の橋脚の補修・補強工事に適用でき、補修・補強する橋梁のコンクリート構造物を損傷することなく、資材揚重の反力を既設橋梁から得ることができる箱桁橋の橋脚の補修又は補強のための資材揚重方法を提供する。【解決手段】箱桁G1を備える箱桁橋Bの橋脚P1の補修又は補強工事において、前記箱桁G1の上面に沿って設置される上辺材2と、前記箱桁G1の下面に沿って設置される下辺材3と、前記上辺材2と前記下辺材3とを連結する左右一対の連結材4と、を備えたサンドウィッチ型天井レール1を、あと施工アンカーを用いることなく、前記上辺材2と前記下辺材3とで前記箱桁g1を上下に挟み込んで設置し、前記サンドウィッチ型天井レール1で前記箱桁G1から反力を得て、前記箱桁橋Bの橋脚P1の補修又は補強工事に用いる資材を揚重する。【選択図】図1
