INDIRECT HEATING TYPE CEMENT FIRING SYSTEM
To provide a cement firing furnace and a cement production method capable of enhancing the ratio of biomass fuel used therein and enhancing the efficiency of recovering carbon dioxide derived from a cement raw material.SOLUTION: The cement firing furnace comprises an indirect heating type thermal decomposition furnace 200 that thermally decomposes fuel 11 including biomass by indirect heating to produce decomposition gas 21 and heated residue 31, an indirect heating type calcination furnace 300 firing a cement raw material 41 by indirect heating by using decomposition gas 21 as fuel to produce carbon dioxide 51 and a decarboxylated cement raw material 61, and a kiln 400 firing the decarboxylated cement raw material 61 to produce clinker.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
