To provide a construction method of a partition panel capable of mounting a panel body having thickness different from that of a translucent plate, and to provide a partition panel.SOLUTION: A construction method of a partition panel includes: a step of installing a panel body in a four-side frame 12 which has an upper frame 13 fixed to a ceiling 2 side, vertical frames 15 on both sides in the wall width direction and a lower frame 14 fixed to a floor 3 side, by penetrating the upper frame and the lower frame of a panel body 11 where a lateral frame 16 and a translucent plate 18 are mounted respectively, and by fastening fastening tools to fixing objects respectively; and a step of fitting the panel body in a mounting opening partitioned by the fixing object side frame constituting at least one of the upper frame and the lower frame in the panel body and the lateral frame, so as to cover the penetration portion of the fastening tool in the fixing object side frame and mount it.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
